Executive Officers & Director Nominees
Andrea “Andrejka” Bernatova
Ms. Bernatova serves as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors. She currently serves as a director at Salt Creek Midstream LLC and Regenerate Technology Global, Inc. She was previously Chief Executive Officer of ESGEN, which merged with Sunergy Renewables in March 2024 and was renamed Zeo Energy Corp. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Enchanted Rock Energy, Goodnight Midstream, Core Midstream and PennTex Midstream Partners, and also worked at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, The Blackstone Group and Mubadala Development Company.
Nader Daylami
Mr. Daylami serves as Chief Financial Officer. He currently serves as a director at CarbonPath and was previously Chief Financial Officer of ESGEN. Prior to ESGEN, he served as Executive Vice President, Finance & Business Development, of Bruin, where he helped grow the company significantly before its sale to Enerplus Corporation in 2021. He previously held strategic and commercial roles at Ursa Resources Group II LLC and began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.
Diaco Aviki
Mr. Aviki will serve as a member of the board of directors upon commencement of trading of our units on the Nasdaq. He is currently a director at Pinon and joined Crestwood in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer, Business Development and Commercial Operations for the Gathering and Processing Division. His earlier career included leadership roles at ExxonMobil and BHP across commercial, operational and business development functions.
Tyler Crabtree
Mr. Crabtree will serve as a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee. He has 25 years of experience in finance, investments and operations focused primarily on energy and commodities. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of CarbonPath and previously helped launch, grow and sell Bruin, where he served as Chief Financial Officer.
Lynn A. Peterson
Mr. Peterson will serve as a member of the board of directors upon commencement of trading of our units on the Nasdaq. He is a seasoned industry executive with more than 40 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and has served in leadership and board roles at Chord Energy, Denbury, PDC Energy, Whiting Petroleum, SRC Energy and Kodiak Oil & Gas.
Philip Rajan
Mr. Rajan will serve as Vice President of M&A and Strategy. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Intrepid and before that a Vice President at Credit Suisse, advising clients on strategic advisory, M&A and capital markets transactions. He has more than 15 years of experience and has advised on over 35 transactions with aggregate deal value of more than $75 billion.

Ralph Alexander
Mr. Alexander will serve as an advisor. He has served in senior leadership roles at Enviva, Talen Energy and BP, and has extensive experience across global energy, power and renewables.
Joseph “Joe” C. Gatto
Mr. Gatto will serve as an advisor. He most recently served as President and CEO of Callon and brings decades of experience in investment banking, energy finance and strategic advisory.
Peter Gross
Mr. Gross will serve as an advisor. He is an internationally recognized technology and energy expert with leadership and advisory experience spanning critical infrastructure, power and data-center systems.
James “Jimmy” Henderson
Mr. Henderson will serve as an advisor. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Vitesse Energy and brings more than 30 years of management, accounting and oil-and-gas finance experience.
Tommy Stone
Mr. Stone will serve as an advisor. Before retiring in 2023, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Midcoast Energy and built a 42-year career across operations, engineering and energy infrastructure.
Steven A. Webster
Mr. Webster will serve as an advisor. He currently serves as a director of Oceaneering and has extensive leadership and investment experience across energy, private equity and public-company governance.
